Spring Break?
So I have been thinking about plans for spring break for the second week in March. As much as I do not want to spend any money, I really want to go somewhere.
Spirit keeps luring me in with $40 flights (40+40+100 taxes=$180 roundtrip) from Fort Lauderdale to Bogotá. I really would like to visit this city for some reason. (I’m not going to lie. They have neat planning features.) And hostels there are suuuper cheap as well! (I found one on a hostel search website for only $7 a night!).
There is a huge Colombian population here in south Florida, and a coworker of mine is from Bucaramanga. She says that I should NOT go without someone who speaks Spanish, mostly for security reasons.
I don’t know…
Should I go? Does anyone that speaks Spanish want to come?
World Champions?
The 11 o’ clock news continues to declare the Saints ‘World Champions’.
American football is only played professionally in America. Correct?
No matter the cost, I was happy to see a Census 2010 commercial.
The Census is so freaking important.
Fill it out! Everyone! Even if you’re an illegal alien, fill it out!
Our cities get money from an accurate count and the count is rarely ever completed. This money goes to improve our communities in many ways. It costs much, much more to try counting everyone after the census is over in April.
Fill it out! April 1!

I would really love to, but I just don’t think doing something like this is appropriate for my finances right now. Especially seeing that I will most likely be unemployed this summer and in the process of moving to a new place…

I changed my page around. It is the same as a previous version, minus a few minor tweaks.
I did this mostly so I could have my disqus comments back. I just could not figure out how to make them work on my old theme.
So comment away! It is much easier for to do this instead of reblogging everything in the world. I just like it better.
